Was a Christmas gift and the reviews said it ran big. I got the 9,5.foir my friend who wears a 10. It was way too small. She couldn't get foot down in the boot. I snagged an 11 at another outlet and it fitted my friend perfectly.

These boots are awesome!! The leather is so smooth and perfect!! The boots do run narrow, and I say that because they fit me perfect, I have narrow feet. The area around the calf is tighter than most boots on me, so it fits perfect, but I also have small calves. So for me, with narrow feet and small calves, these boots are perfect!!!
