Fast customer service
The first one that came in was missing a carabiner. I contacted the support and they sent me a new one. Stellar customer experience.

Wish it had gold hardware
Like that you can pour your own sanitizer into the container. Would love if there was one made with gold hardware

Secure the clap
Love the design. This product can easily come detached from keys or bag. The quality on hook is not so durable. I would give five stars if the hook wasn't so flabby.
