I got this for my partner and he loves it. But there is only thing that block him from putting on is...the length doesn't fit his waist so the belt needs to be cut. While we've been told that this item can't be return or exchanged since it wasn't originally from outlet (was from retail store). So we are looking for adjusting length service.
