Daria Moto Boot

I have received these boots permanently damaged because of the way they are scrunched up to fit in a box to small for them. I had a lengthy chat with customer service, who assured me this was a one off mistake. I had to send them back and the replacement I received is in the same condition, or even worse. I am furious and disappointed that a quality good would be treated in this way, it is unusable and after all this I will have to send the second pair back again. They are obviously all packaged this way, so if you want a boot in good and new condition, absolutely do not get these.
