Signature Camo Print Baseball Hat

Great Hat design all cotton comes in different sizes. Perfection only problem with this particular camo line is that the leather strap closure is too thin. After receiving the hat, I thought the buckle was faulty.. because the leather strap wasnt locking in with the buckle. the buckle just pop open when I wear it... I ordered another hat, same thing... I had to use actual tools like hammer and pliers to smash the buckle to be flatter so it would lock in for the extremely thin strap... The hat was too good to be true I guess because you cant wear it unless you want to smash the buckle and risk permanently ruining it. Please fix this issue... because I've bought many other hats from Coach like this but this one seems to have an extremely thin strap to the point the buckle doesn't even lock anything.
