Storypatch Key Fob

Really nice quality! Note: I ordered both the yellow (pollen) and the blue (pacific), and both of the dogleash clips & keyrings were black, not the silver color in the photos.

I ordered this product based on my previous, generally positive experience with Coach products. This product did not at all meet my expectations. Within 5 days(!) of receiving the product, the stitching of the leather loop that secures the clip to the leather fob came apart, with my keys separating and falling on the ground! Additionally, the leather fob was not high quality and certainly not consistent with the price of the product or the usual, better craftsmanship of Coach products. And lastly, the metal(?) part of the product chipped simply by attaching three keys. Both the inexpensive leather fob and metal chain reflect atypically poor materials selection on Coach's part. Coach typically crafts products to a standard, not a price point. They failed in this case. I returned the product with the expectation of a full refund, which has yet to be credited to my account.
