Tea Rose Lola Ballet

Comfortable ballet flat. Perfect fit; true to size.

I bought these to be comfy yet still looking dressed and boy did I hit the mark with this one. I'm usually a size 8.5/9 but Coach runs bigger imo so I had to exchange for a size 8 (great customer service btw) and it is perfect! The only thing to keep in my mind is the bottom is smooth at first. So smooth the only grip you have is the grooves on the heel. However, I realized you need to wear the shoes to create 'natural' grip as the scuffs will give you grip after a few wears... something I am no longer concerned about! I am now considering the black pair as the leather still looks brand as new!

These shoes are cute and simple, great for work. I didn't find the bottoms to be too slippery, and they wore in quickly. Even though the bottom is leather the heel has reinforced rubber which is a great addition. My complaint is that overall, these shoes are just not comfortable for a long day on your feet walking/standing. For a desk job, they would be great, but for those of us who are on our feet all day they are just okay. I have definitely worn less comfortable shoes but I expected more support given the overall quality of the shoe otherwise. I usually wore an 8.5 but sized down based on reviews...I definitely think think the 8.5 would have been a little better fit, but haven't returned due to the "unworn" policy.

Stupid me ordered TWO pairs online without seeing in store first. These are SO cheaply made that once on, they look like plastic shoes form Target. The WORST part is the toe box. It flares out so wide it makes you look like you have duck feet. Piece. Of. Junk.

These flats seem to be very cheaply made. The quality is extremely poor. The outsole is very slippery and thin. They are not true to size. I ordered my true size and they were a full half size too big. The shoe came with a sticker mark on the bottom.
