I love the bag, but it was open. It was not closed. I open it in front of the manager in the post office. Very disappointed the way the packages. I order a lot from Coach Outlet without returning the items even the one I do not like it.

This bag is perfect for a young man on the go! Well made and the discounted price was fantastic! I caught him looking it over on Black Friday and decided I'd get it for him, for Christmas! He hasn't stopped talking about it since he viewed it! Perfect, as this will be the 1st surprise gift he's gotten in years that he didn't know I bought! I know he will love it!
